VIP CAMPING
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the very first year of RiZE Festival and your Luxury Camping Village experience!
Everyone staying in your area must have a Weekend Arena ticket to gain entry. Only the advertised number of people for your tent size can stay in the tent.
VIP camping includes:
Pitch your own tent in the Luxury Camping Village
Luxury Camping Village Car Park pass
Tickets, Wristbands & Registration – Please Ensure You Bring:
- RiZE Weekend Arena Ticket(s) (dispatched by your point of purchase). Please bring your ticket(s) with you on the day as no duplicates will be issued.
- RiZE Luxury Camping Village Car Pass (clearly displayed with vehicle registration filled in)
- RiZE Luxury Camping Village – VIP Camping booking confirmation
Lead Booker ID (bank card, drivers licence etc. with lead bookers name)
NO WRISTBANDS WILL BE ISSUES WITHOUT THE ABOVE! Your physical ticket(s) will be exchanged for your Luxury Camping Village festival wristband(s) when you check-in at the RiZE Luxury Camping Village reception.
Note: if you haven’t received your tickets by Tuesday 14th August, please contact your point of purchase.
Check-In/Arrival:
Our staff will be on hand in reception to help in any way they can. We provide a 24-hour reception and concierge service for your convenience throughout the weekend.
Access to Luxury Camping Village is from 2pm on Thursday 16th August
Luxury Camping Village must be vacated by 12 noon on Sunday 19th August
LUXURY ACCOMMODATION

Check Out:
Check out is from 12 noon on Sunday 19th August. When you leave, please do your best to take any rubbish with you and ensure you leave your accommodation and the space around it as tidy as you can.
Please note if you damage it, or if anything is missing from your accommodation that was supplied, you will not be able to return to RiZE’s Luxury Camping Village for future festivals.

If Travelling By Car:
Please do not follow sat nav directions to car parks as it may take you the wrong way. Please follow local event signage to Luxury Camping Village car park.
Car Passes:
To ease traffic we’ve had vehicle passes made which are currently in the post to you separate from your tickets. Please ensure the front side of this pass is CLEARLY visible on approach & entrance to the site. No vehicle will be permitted into the campsites without a valid Luxury Camping Village vehicle pass. There will be no exception to this rule: No pass = no entry!
If Travelling By Shuttle:
First Buses Essex will operate a shuttle service between Chelmsford Rail Station and Hylands Park for £5 return.

Luxury Village Restaurant:
The One Circle Events restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner each day as well as tasty snacks until late in the evening. Don’t forget to swing by the restaurant for the Welcome Party on Thursday evening- the perfect way to ease into your RiZE experience.
Breakfast: 07:30 to 11:30
Lunch: 12:00 to 15:30
Dinner: 17:30 to 21:00
Luxury Late Night Bar:
The bar and chill out area is a great place for some time out in the day or to party late into the night with our resident DJs. This line-up will be revealed upon arrival.
Hair Salon & Massage:
Let the Blush & Blow team relax you into the weekend or sooth those tired dancing legs before heading back to the real world with their massage service. Or, get prepped for the party with a blow dry, hair braiding, glitter or face gems. Bookings will be taken at the parlour on a first come first serve basis.
You also get access to the festival’s VIP Area including:

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Bag Restrictions in the arena:
We strongly advise you do not bring a bag into the Arena as there will be long queues while all bags are searched and bringing a bag may slow down your entry. If you do wish to bring a bag into the Arena please ensure that it is no bigger than A4 sized 8.27”x11.69”. There is a limited to one A4 bag per person being carried into the Arena at this year’s festival. No backpacks are allowed into the arena but are permitted into the campsites.
Camping Stoves + BBQs:
Only disposable BBQs and permitted cooking stoves are allowed –
Greenheat Base Camp Cooker, solid fuel stoves, Disposable BBQs, firelighters/firelighter stoves – Meth/trangia spirit stoves.
Rules and restrictions are the same across the festival site, so please check the RiZE website.
Please respect your neighbours and keep noise level to a minimum after 1am.
RiZE Festival cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings. All items are left at the owner’s risk.
Every person in your party must have a valid festival ticket to stay on the Village campsite. This includes children (for your children’s safety please ensure you know of their whereabouts at all times).
RiZE Festival shall not be held liable for loss, injury or damage sustained within the campsite.
RiZE Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or eject those disturbing the peace without readmission or refund.
WARNING: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing. Please be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the festival.
The management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever to the proposed programme/package owing to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
